What works if your connection drops
Once a tool has fully loaded, it can usually keep working if your connection drops. Reloading the page, opening a different tool, or coming back later may require internet access again.
A bookmark saves the page address. It does not install the tool or guarantee that it will open without a connection. This site is a regular website, not a downloadable mobile app.
The pages adjust to smaller screens, and you can bookmark any tool you use often. Copying, downloading, and printing may work differently from one phone or browser to another. If you expect to use a tool without internet access, test it first with made-up information on the same device. Save real passwords in a password manager instead of relying on an open browser page to remember them.
